The provision of the marked personal data requested in the forms is, therefore, mandatory and your refusal would make it impossible for “E ‘Luce” to provide the requested Service. “E ‘Luce” informs you that any indication, on your part, of personal and contact details of any third party is a processing of personal data with respect to which you are the owner, assuming all the obligations and responsibilities of law and conferring to “E ‘Luce”. the largest indulged on the point. Your data may be disclosed to third parties who for various reasons are involved in providing the Service. These third parties will proceed to the processing only for the purposes specified here.
